What to Expect From Your Inspection

At Keystone Property Inspections, we guide you through the process from start to finish.

This is how we work:

Consultation

We send you information about our scope of works and our fees with recommendations of what reports would be best for your particular property and circumstance.

Planning

You decide which inspection reports to purchase, and in return, give us the required address of the property, the Contract of Sale and contact details, for instance, the real estate agent, to arrange the inspection. Once all the information is received, we send you an agreement with an invoice to pay to confirm your intentions.

Agent Appointment

We set up the appointment with the owner or agent.

The Inspection

We take about an hour to inspect the property, depending on the property’s size.

Debriefing

We call you to deliver a high-level debrief about the property immediately after the inspection.

Digital Report

We upload the written report, complete with images, to our interactive client portal within 24-48 hours of the inspection.
